Returns & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case that a product arrives damaged or broken, please email us at hello@lukykoi.art or send us a message on Instagram with photos and videos of the damaged product and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue in the best way that we can.

Damaged Items Policy:
Please report any damaged pieces within 48 hours of delivery. All items are inspected before shipping and should arrive to you undamaged.

If your order is damaged or broken:
1. Immediately photograph the package as received and the broken piece(s).
2. Provide a video if possible, of the broken or damaged piece so we can have a full scope of the damage.
3. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the piece.
4. Keep the packaging and broken pieces on hand.

Theft:
If a package is marked as delivered by your selected mail carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), it is very unlikely that they will fulfill any claim that is filed for missing goods. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep a look out for your items once you receive your tracking number.
